The conference announced the formal establishment of functional Textile Branch of China Industrial Textile Industry Association, and honorary president of the Chinese Academy of Engineering academician Wang Yuzhong delivered a speech at the conference.
Professor Zhu Ping, executive vice president of The Institute of Functional Textile Advanced Materials, Qingdao University, introduced the preparatory work of the Branch.
The meeting also deliberated and adopted the working rules of the Sub-committee, and elected the president, secretary general and members of the council of the first finishing Committee. It deliberated and approved the work plan of the Textile Branch of THE Middle Class Association. The establishment of Functional Textile Branch of China Industrial Textile Industry Association will serve as the link and bridge between r & D units and enterprises as well as between enterprises and establish an exchange service platform for r & D and industrialization of functional textiles. Centering on the r&d and industrialization of functional fiber textiles, great health textiles, intelligent (intelligent) fibers and textiles, the function of functional textile clusters will be brought into play to promote the collaborative innovation of upstream and downstream industries.
